Join us for three weeks of pure bliss and wellbeing in the Champagne-Ardenne region, in France. At Centre Lothlorien, you can experience the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Say hello to 21 days of herbs, hikes, yoga, meditation, mindfulness and many more Ayurvedic activities. We will stay on a beautiful and tranquil campsite, nestled deep within nature, allowing us to be self-sufficient for our stay.
On your journey, you will begin by learning about the healing herbs found around within the surrounding environment, and may even find pleasure and solace in your discoveries. You can take part in meditative walks to help centre yourself, and as you reconnect with the outdoors, learn to be mindful of your surroundings.
The retreat also includes many other activities. Discover Indian classic yoga or ‘yoga as it is taught in India’. During this course, you will come to a state of peace and balance, in order to create the necessary foundation needed to better cope with the everyday worries of life.
