Sofia Bandera wants you to feel nurtured, yet still have enough space to move and breathe.
Sofia will carefully co-create the menu for our retreat with the Kitchen staff from Casa Ayehualco. You can expect 3 daily delicious meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as fresh local fruit and healthy snacks. You'll have access to clean fresh water as well as herbal teas 24/7.
If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies please let Sofia know. The menus will be mainly vegan/vegetarian, balanced, abundant, and delicious. Alcoholic beverages aren't served throughout the retreat to allow you to clean your systems. Chai tea, golden milk or cacao are served instead.
For more than 10 years, Sofia has been exploring the wisdom of the human body across physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Her own healing journey has led her to become a teacher, guide and companion of individual and group spiritual processes. Sof?a has organized around 100 retreats, training, ceremonies, and workshops around the world. Recently, her path has taken a focus on holistic work with women, guiding them into healing & reconnecting with their divine feminine energy. Some of her training include Hatha Vinyasa, Yin yoga, female sexual alchemy.

If you are flying from abroad, please make sure to fly into Benito Juarez International Airport. From here, Tepoztl?n can be easily reached by car. It will take you about 90 mins in total and Sofia can help you arrange this. Please know that Sofia will create a Whatsapp group with all participants to ensure everyone arrives safely.
