During this retreat, you will be served all daily meals. Traditional breakfasts consist of fresh crusty French bread and croissants from the boulangerie each morning, delicious local butter and honey, conserves prepared at Le Moulin du Chemin using locally grown fruit as well as steaming hot coffee, tea, or tisane. Muesli, cereal flakes, dried fruit, and yogurt are also provided at breakfast as well as a generous selection of seasonal fresh fruits.
First-class packed lunches comprise a half-baguette sandwich - a different delicious filling each day - and you choose from Le Moulin du Cheminss generous selection of cold beverages, fresh fruits, crisps, cakes, chocolate bars, cereal bars, etc. Four-course evening meals comprise starter, main course such as traditionally-reared chicken prepared with Dijon mustard, tenderloin of pork encroute, roast spatchcocked quail, etc, a wonderful array of cheeses, dessert, and coffee (or tea, verveine, camomile, etc).
Every day a different menu. Superb vegetarian food is available - please let Le Moulin du Chemin know in advance if you require vegetarian or another special diet. Please advise requirement for vegetarian or other special dietary needs at the time of booking

Arrival by airplane
You can arrive by plane to either A?roport La Rochelle (LRH), A?roport de Poitiers-Biard (PIS), or Nantes Atlantique Airport (NTE). Le Moulin du Chemin will pick you up from La Rochelle or Poitiers for 40 EUR per person per trip. For Nantes, they charge 50 EUR per person per trip. Journey time is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes for Poitiers and La Rochelle, and 1 hour 40 minutes for Nantes.
Arrival by train
Take a train from Paris to Niort. Le Moulin du Chemin will pick you up from Niort railway station for 40 EUR per person per trip. The journey takes approximately one hour.
Arrival by bus
It is possible to fly to Bordeaux and get the Flexibus to Niort. Le Moulin du Chemin can pick you up from the bus stop and take you to Le Moulin for 40 EUR per person per trip. Bordeaux is approximately two hours by bus.
