Start your Muay Thai journey by joining us for the beginner course. We'll be providing you with an in-depth overview of the fundamentals of Muay Thai such as stance, footwork, offensive and defensive strategies, and basic terminology. You'll learn proper form and technique through intense drills and technique progression exercises.
For our more experienced fighters, join us in our Advance Course. Work on refining your technique, as well as conditioning to increase your stamina, power, and speed. Over the 3-month period, we'll challenge you with integrated drills and combinations of techniques, both inside and outside of the ring. We understand the dedication it takes to reach your martial arts goals, and we'll give you the tools to achieve them.
In addition, we offer accommodation to complete your 3-month Muay Thai retreat. Our housing options are catered to provide you with an ideal environment for relaxation and reflection. You'll get to train, sleep, eat and unwind in the same place – allowing you to maximize your learning and training time.
