Our 5-day yoga and meditation retreat in Fenglin, Hualien, Taiwan, will provide a full-body therapeutic experience to help you regain balance and equilibrium. Package includes five full days and four nights of yoga and relaxation. As the sun rises, wake up to the gentle melodies of music and enjoy a rejuvenating morning practice. The day is yours to spend however you wish: yoga, meditation, walking, exploring the area, massage, or just soaking up the peace of nature.
In the evening, attend a special yoga session and relax with guided meditation. Enrich your soul in our soulful yoga classes that will help restore you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Recharge with a variety of restorative yoga and meditation practices, including breathing and relaxation techniques, energy work, and sound healing.
During the retreat, experience the ancient art of meditation in the tranquil and serene settings of lush jungles and deep valleys. Breathe and be still as you explore the inner realms of meditation for the first time or go deeper with your practice. Meals are an integral part of our retreat. Our resident chefs prepare nutritious and delicious meals from organic, locally-sourced ingredients to nourish and invigorate your body. Start each day with a nourishing breakfast before or after your morning practice. Enjoy a light lunch and indulge in a leisurely dinner.
At Flow Wellness Retreat, you will discover an oasis of healing and renewal. Beyond the yoga and meditation, this five-day retreat includes introductory talks on yoga philosophy, workshops and gatherings for contemplation and contemplation, and plenty of free time for you to just sit and enjoy.
