Description
In our 18 days Everest Base Camp yoga trek, you can feel the majestic beauty of nature surrounded by the high mountains with snow capped tops. You will trek through the remote trails, small settlements, lush green forests, rivers, lake and high passes. You will get the chance to explore the cultural, spiritual and ethnical parts of Nepal.
The physical part of the trek will be challenging but if you start it with yoga, you will get relaxation and balance with each step. You can also learn yoga along with trekking, which adds more worth to this trip. During the trip there will be a yoga instructor teaching yoga and meditation in the morning as well as evening. The instructor will use restorative yoga postures to get rid of fatigue, promote healing and revitalize the body. It will also help to keep your body active and alert for the entire trek.
We will do yoga every day during our trekking, in the morning and we will practice pranayama and meditation every evening. This type of yoga practice is very beneficial in high altitude, which helps the trekkers to stay fresh and energetic. Pranayama also helps to increase the oxygen level in blood. During our trek, we will be surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna, which helps to calm our mind and promote tranquility. We can also meditate on the top of passes or on the banks of rivers which will be very spiritually uplifting.
