Your professional chef instructor will guide you through the process of making exquisite fresh and delicious pasta. Starting with making the pasta dough from scratch using only the freshest ingredients and hand-selected traditional flavor combinations for each recipe. The chef will teach you the nuances of the various classic pasta styles while helping you to use the freshest ingredients to create your own dishes.
As you make your own dough, the chef will help you shape the pasta into different shapes and even cut it into decorative shapes. When you are finished making your dishes, it's time to gather around the table and enjoy the fruits of your labor with friends and family!
Your retreat will also include additional Italian experience. From exploring nearby local markets and sampling some of the best local wines to visiting traditional Italian villages. As you will be staying for two days, you will also have plenty of time to explore the stunning Liguria coast. Spend a day swimming at some of the pristine beaches or explore quaint cobblestone streets and try some of the local seafood dishes.
