This summer, let your child join us at Camp New Heights for an unforgettable two-week fitness and nutrition experience in the beautiful Santa Barbara, California. USA. In this unique program, your kid will learn how to develop vital, healthy habits through a combination of physical exercise, educational lessons on physiology and nutrition, and self-exploration. The program is tailored to fit each camper's needs and goals while providing the platform to help them reach their full potential.
At Camp New Heights, your child will have a chance to engage in a wide variety of activities, allowing them to find the perfect balance of fun and physical exercise. These activities include rock-climbing, team sports, yoga, fitness challenges and much more. Along with the physical exercise, we also offer educational curriculum to equip campers on the importance of nutrition and health, as well as provide them with guidance on how to make better lifestyle choices.
