We are excited to offer a 21 day plant-based culinary course in Northern Italy, giving you the opportunity to learn the fine art of vegetarian/vegan cuisine and explore the local Northern Italian culture.With the sacred union of mind, body, and spirit in mind, this culinary course will be as much about the food that you will learn to prepare as it will be about the connection to the environment around you and the culture that you are inhabiting.
On this retreat, you will be surrounded by rolling hills, snow peaked alps and some of the most spectacular surroundings that Northern Italy has to offer. You will be staying in idyllic accommodations in a picturesque small village- an exclusive setting that will give you a complete immersion into Italian culture throughout the course of the retreat.
Taking part in one of the most expansive and inspiring yoga retreats during your stay, yoga and meditation will be a daily part of life. You will be taught the fundamentals of vegetarian and vegan cooking from a Michelin starred chef. The cuisine will be inclusive of traditional Italian recipes with a plant-based approach, all while exploring local seasonal produce.
By the end of the retreat, you will have learned an array of amazing vegetarian/vegan recipes and delved deep into the lifestyle of Northern Italian culture. And all the while, you will be nourishing yourself in a most extraordinary and holistic way, experiencing the sacred union of mind, body, and spirit.
