Immerse yourself in a fully-immersive retreat of 27 days of learning how to become a vegan and gluten-free chef in the Costa Brava of Barcelona, Spain. A steep learning curve awaits you. The course consists of guided techniques on how to cook vegan and gluten-free dishes, ranging from breakfast and appetizers to large meals. During the 27 day program, you’ll be able to explore the beautiful views of the Costa Brava and Barcelona, while attending hands-on classes and workshops led by qualified and certified chefs, nutritionists, and dietitians.
