Our qualified guides and teachers will introduce the Balinese language and customs, and you will gain first-hand experience of the traditional Balinese way of life. We will provide you with an insight into this amazing culture, as well as plenty of opportunities to experience and enjoy the Balinese history and nature.
Of course the spiritual side of the Balinese way of life will be explored throughout the retreat, with a focus on meditation and yoga. A range of classes with renown Bali teachers are available to every level, from beginners through to advanced. Daily meditation and yoga classes will be accompanied by a serene atmosphere so that focusing on the spiritual centre of the Balinese way of life can be fully embraced. We have taken extra care to provide an all-inclusive package for the five days here with us in Bali. All meals are included in the package, from traditional Balinese dishes to vegetarian and vegan options. Included too in the package are excursions to nearby attractions, an opportunity to learn more about Balinese culture and language, and a wide range of cultural and adventure activities.
When you are winding down for the night, our Balinese village is the perfect place to be. Enjoy watching and listening to the nocturnal wildlife from the terrace, or having a massage or healing session under the stars. Of course, you also have the option of simply curling up in bed and sleeping the night away.
