Description
The Open Heart Course, the yoga of love, is an intensive 6 week training based in an unique approach that draws from tantra and taoism ancestral teaching. Taking place in Portugal, this online retreat will provide an opportunity to go deep in learning tantra yoga and Tao Tantra healing techniques. These methods will center on Kundalini energy (the moon of energy), and focus on cultivation exercises that can benefit both men and women of all ages and life stages.
During this 6 week training, partakers will have the opportunity to experience the balance and harmony of tantra and Tao Tantra practices. Physically, the practice will act as an energizing and spiritual practice, as well as help balance hormones, normalize cycles, increase fertility, relieve common issues like menstrual and menopausal symptoms, and overall enhance sexuality.
The retreat will begin with a foundation in breathing and meditation to create an intimate connection with self and spirit. From there, participants will learn the basics of the kundalini energy in different postures, as well as the viva flow and tantra massage. Through learning such techniques, the goal is to help each person develop a sense of peace and balance with earth, their body, and emotions. Through these various methods, the retreat will further explore and provide insight regarding diversity, identity, and the body as spiritual expressions.
Spiritually, the 6 week course will lead into deepening the connection with source, and connecting to one another through powerful tantric exercises. This will allow for a safe space for everyone in the course to open the heart, become vulnerable in their authentic expression, experience trust and deep connection.
The end of the 6 weeks will conclude with a ritual of celebration and integration of the teachings the group learned. Overall, the practice is meant to act as an empowerment and embodiment of one's true self. Through the techniques and practices of the Open Heart Course, it will help promote a sense of mindfulness to embrace the unity of spirit, matter, and emotions.
