Using a blend of asanas(postures), mantras, and self-inquiry, you'll learn a deep traditional Buddhist/Shaiva technology that is directly applicable to daily life. This ancient wisdom, passed through generations, will provide you with a solid foundation to recognize the realms as aspects of human existence to be explored and balanced.
An experienced master and teacher will also guide you through the week, using their knowledge and expertise to unravel the mysteries of meditation, mantras, and yogic breathing. You will experience a calming and sorrow free state of tranquility; like cleansing the slate of the mind and leaving yourself with just the essence of being, so you can then find your own perfect path.
On the first day of the Yoga Retreat, you’ll become familiar with the area and the practice. You'll get to know the locals and learn about the customs and cultures that make up the unique and diverse city of Vagney.
In the morning, the master will guide you through an hour of asanas (postures) and breathing exercises where you will open up your body and regulate your breathing. In the afternoon,authentic Shaiva mantras and chants to let go of stress and unhappiness will arise.
On subsequent days, you'll explore meditation and breathing practices, including Mindfulness meditation, Zazen, Pranayama, and Vipassana.
