During the 8 day retreat, you will practice yoga and meditation in the morning, afternoon, and evening. During the day, you will have time to hike in the woods, dive into natural adventures, spa treatments, and therapeutic sessions that will help you to reconnect with yourself, slow down, and restore the balance of your body, mind, and spirit.
The retreat is facilitated by a yogi and professional therapist, with years of practice and expertise to guide you on this self-nurturing journey. We will explore topics such as self-care, wellness, stress management, mindfulness, joy, life purpose, fear, and evidence-based stress release techniques designed to allow you to slow down and nurture yourself.
In addition to the yoga, guided meditations, and treatment sessions, there will be opportunities to explore the island, visit some of the nearby villages, take boat excursions along the coastline, and enjoy some of the local cuisine and culture.
