This self-paced 10-week program allows students to deepen their practice of Tai Chi 18 Forms to achieve relaxation and stress reduction while exploring the philosophical, martial, and spiritual elements of the ancient Chinese art. Sessions begin with a mental and physical warm up, followed by guided practice of each form. The course also covers principles of Chen style Tai Chi, including fundamental stances, the Eight Directions, 5 Elements and Yin-Yang, and other key Tai Chi concepts. With the help of our certified instructors, students will gain physical fitness, enhanced mental clarity and reduce their stress level, as they progress through this calming journey of self-discovery and relaxation in China.
